About the Role

We're seeking a persuasive and professional cold caller to reach out to Indonesian accounting firms and introduce them to AkunIndo. You'll educate accountants about how our app can help their SME clients save time and stay organized, creating partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to accounting firms across Indonesia
• Pitch AkunIndo as a tool that makes their clients' bookkeeping easier
• Explain features, benefits, and our free plan and subscription options
• Schedule demos and follow-up meetings with interested firms
• Maintain a CRM database of prospects and conversations
• Achieve daily/weekly call quotas and conversion targets
• Provide feedback on objections and market insights

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (professional business communication)
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping basics (helpful but not required)
• Persistent, resilient, and target-driven personality
• Organized with good note-taking and follow-up habits
• Bonus: Previous B2B sales or telemarketing experience

About the Role

We're hiring energetic field sales representatives to visit accounting firms, small business owners, warung operators, and shops in person. You'll demonstrate AkunIndo live, help them download the app, and sign them up (with 3 months free when they upgrade).

Responsibilities

• Visit accounting firms, small businesses, warungs, and shops in your assigned area
• Introduce AkunIndo and demonstrate the app on your phone/tablet
• Show AI receipt scanning, expense tracking, and reporting features
• Help business owners download the app and complete registration
• Onboard them to the free plan (3 months free when they upgrade)
• Collect feedback and answer questions about features
• Build relationships for referrals and word-of-mouth growth
• Track visits, sign-ups, and conversions in CRM system

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (conversational, friendly tone)
• Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations
• Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive personality
• Tech-savvy enough to demonstrate a mobile app
• Owns a smartphone/tablet for demos
• Willing to travel locally (motorcycle/public transport)
• Self-motivated with daily visit targets
• Bonus: Previous field sales, merchandising, or door-to-door experience

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven social media marketer to run Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns targeting Indonesian SMEs. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing ad budgets, and driving user acquisition for our app.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Instagram/Facebook ad campaigns (primarily in Bahasa Indonesia)
• Design eye-catching ad creatives and write compelling copy
• Target Indonesian SMEs, freelancers, and small business owners
• A/B test ads to optimize for conversions and cost per acquisition
• Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports
• Engage with comments and messages on social media
• Create organic social media content to build brand awareness

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (native speaker preferred)
• Experience running Facebook/Instagram ads (Meta Ads Manager)
• Understanding of Indonesian SME market and pain points
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign metrics
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
