Terms of Service in Plain Language
What these Terms mean in everyday language:
- What you're agreeing to: Rules for using AkunIndo to track your expenses
- Payment: Subscriptions purchased through Apple/Google app stores (contact them for refunds)
- Your content: You own your receipts and data. We can process them to provide the service.
- Our content: We own the AkunIndo app and brand. You can't copy or resell it.
- What's not allowed: Illegal activity, fake receipts, hacking, or abusing the service
- AI disclaimer: AI categorization helps but isn't 100% accurate. You're responsible for verifying data for tax purposes.
- If things go wrong: We're not liable for AI errors, tax penalties, or data loss. Use at your own risk.
- Canceling: Delete your account anytime. Data deleted within 90 days. Export your data first (you need it for tax compliance).
- Disputes: Try to resolve informally first, then mediation, then courts (German or Indonesian law applies)

Introduction
Welcome to AkunIndo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AkunIndo mobile application and services ("Service"). By using AkunIndo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using AkunIndo, you agree to:
- Be bound by these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference)
How Acceptance Works: By creating an account or using the Service, you automatically accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.
What Acceptance Covers:
- ✅ Agreement to these Terms of Service (how you use AkunIndo)
- ❌ Does NOT include automatic consent for marketing emails (separate opt-in required)
- ❌ Does NOT include automatic consent for optional data uses (separate opt-in required)
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
2.1 Subscription Purchase
- AkunIndo offers Free and Premium subscription plans
- Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- All payment processing, billing, and refunds are handled by the app stores
- For billing issues, refund requests, or payment questions, contact Apple or Google directly
2.2 Subscription Management
- We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status and provide Premium features
- RevenueCat receives your user ID and subscription status from app stores
- You can cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
2.3 When Subscription Ends
- Premium features: Disabled immediately when subscription expires
- Your data: Retained and accessible on Free plan (no data loss)
- Free plan: Always available, no payment required
2.4 Pricing Changes
- We may change pricing at any time
- Changes apply to new subscriptions; existing subscribers notified 30 days before renewal price change
- Current pricing information is available in the app
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 AkunIndo's Intellectual Property
We Own:
- The AkunIndo name, logo, and trademarks
- The AkunIndo application software and code
- The user interface, design, and features
- All content we create (help docs, marketing materials)
Your License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the AkunIndo application for your personal or business expense tracking
- Access your data through the application
- Export data in standard formats
You May NOT:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the application
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use AkunIndo name/logo without permission
- Resell or redistribute the application
- Use the service to build a competing product
3.2 Your Content Ownership
You Own:
- Receipt images you upload
- Transaction data you enter
- Reports you generate
- Any other content you create
License You Grant Us:
By uploading content to AkunIndo, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store your content on our servers
- Process your content (OCR, categorization, reporting)
- Display your content back to you in the application
- Create backups for data protection
- Share with third-party processors (Supabase, Mistral AI) as described in our Privacy Policy (www.akunindo.com/privacy)
This License:
- Is non-exclusive (you retain full ownership)
- Is royalty-free (we don't pay to use your content)
- Is worldwide (our servers may be in different countries)
- Lasts as long as you use the service
- Terminates when you delete your account (except legal retention requirements)
You Represent:
- You own or have rights to all content you upload
- Your content does not violate anyone else's intellectual property
- Your content does not contain illegal material
- Receipt images are authentic and unaltered (except for clarity adjustments)
3.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property
If you believe content in AkunIndo infringes your intellectual property:
- Email: support@akunindo.com
- Include: Description of IP, location in our service, proof of ownership
- We will investigate and respond within 14 days
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use AkunIndo for:
4.1 Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Tax evasion or fraudulent reporting
- Recording illegal transactions
- Documenting prohibited goods/services (drugs, weapons, etc.)
- Any activity violating Indonesian, German, or applicable law
Platform Abuse:
- Attempting to hack, breach security, or access other users' data
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
- Using automated tools to scrape data or spam the service
- Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Overloading servers (DDoS attacks, excessive API calls)
Commercial Misuse:
- Reselling AkunIndo access without authorization
- Using Free plan for commercial purposes beyond intended limits
- Creating accounts to bypass Free plan limitations
- Sharing account credentials among multiple users
Content Violations:
- Uploading inappropriate content (pornography, violence, hate speech)
- Uploading fake or forged receipts/invoices
- Manipulating OCR to generate false data
- Using service to create fraudulent expense reports
4.2 Organization Account Restrictions
Organization Owners/Admins Must NOT:
- Monitor employees beyond expense tracking (e.g., location tracking through receipts)
- Use data for purposes other than business expense management
- Share employee data with third parties without consent
- Retaliate against employees for data rights requests
4.3 Enforcement
If you violate this policy, we may:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action
- Suspend your account temporarily
- Terminate your account permanently
- Report illegal activity to authorities
- Pursue legal action for damages
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Access account data to investigate abuse
- Cooperate with law enforcement
4.4 Reporting Violations
If you witness violations of this policy:

- We investigate all reports within 7 business days
5. Account Management
5.1 Account Creation
Eligibility:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must provide accurate information (name, email)
- You represent you have authority to agree to these Terms
- Business accounts: Owner represents authority to bind the business
Account Security:
- You are responsible for your account credentials (email and one-time password access)
- Do not share your email or OTP codes with others
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access: security@akunindo.com
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
One Account Per Person:
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass Free plan limitations
- If you need multiple organizations, use organization features within one account
5.2 Account Suspension
We May Suspend Your Account:
- While investigating suspected violations
- If your account is used for illegal activity
- If you fail to pay subscription fees (not applicable to Free plan)
- If your account poses security risk
During Suspension:
- Access is temporarily restricted
- Data is preserved
- We will notify you of reason and resolution process
- You can appeal suspension: support@akunindo.com
5.3 Account Termination
You Can Terminate:
- At any time by emailing support@akunindo.com
- Subscription cancellation (if Premium): Through app store settings
We Can Terminate Your Account For:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended inactivity (12+ months with no login)
- Technical or security reasons
Termination Process:
- Notice: We will provide 30 days' notice when possible (except for serious violations)
- Immediate Termination: For serious violations (illegal activity, security threats)
- Data Export: You should export your data before termination (see Data Retention below)
- No Refunds: No prorated refunds for mid-period termination (app store refund policies apply)
Effect of Termination:
- Access to service immediately revoked
- Premium features disabled
- Data deleted within 90 days per Privacy Policy
- Free plan: Can re-register with same email after 90 days
- Premium plan: Cancel subscription through app store to avoid renewal
5.4 Organization Account Termination
When Organization is Deleted:
- All members immediately lose access
- Organization Owner must export data before deletion (YOUR responsibility for tax compliance)
- Member accounts unaffected (can join other organizations)
- All organization data deleted within 90 days
When Member is Removed:
- Member loses access to organization data
- Member's personal account unaffected
- Transaction data created by member remains with organization
6. Service Availability and Performance
6.1 Service Commitment
What We Strive For:
- High uptime and reliability
- Regular security updates and improvements
- Prompt bug fixes
- Responsive customer support
What We Do NOT Guarantee:
We provide the service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. Specifically:
- No uptime guarantee - Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or technical issues
- No error-free guarantee - Software may contain bugs
- No uninterrupted access guarantee - Updates or maintenance may require downtime
6.2 Scheduled Maintenance
Planned Downtime:
- We perform scheduled maintenance as needed
- Maintenance typically occurs during low-usage periods
- We will notify you 24 hours in advance when possible (via email or in-app notice)
- Maintenance usually lasts less than 2 hours
Emergency Maintenance:
- Security issues may require immediate unscheduled maintenance
- We will notify you as soon as possible
6.3 Service Interruptions
Unplanned Outages:
- May occur due to technical failures, third-party service issues, or other circumstances
- We will work to restore service as quickly as possible
- No compensation provided for downtime
Third-Party Dependencies:
Our service relies on third-party providers (Supabase, Hetzner, Mistral AI, app stores):
- We are not responsible for third-party outages
- We will communicate third-party issues affecting our service
6.4 Data Backup
Backup Policy:
- We maintain regular encrypted backups
- Backups retained for 90 days on rolling basis
- In case of data loss, we will restore from most recent backup
- We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly as additional protection
No Guarantee Against Data Loss:
While we implement backup systems, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (via data export).

- Critical issues (data loss, security breach): 24 hours
- Billing/account issues: 48 hours
- Feature questions/bugs: 3-5 business days

Support Exclusions:
- We do not provide tax or accounting advice
- We do not troubleshoot your device or network issues
- We do not provide custom development or integrations
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Disclaimers
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE":
AkunIndo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific Disclaimers:
- AI/OCR Accuracy: We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-powered categorization or OCR text extraction
- Tax Compliance: We do not guarantee our categorizations comply with tax regulations
- Financial Advice: We do not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice
- Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Data Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying accuracy of all data before relying on it
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law:
We (AkunIndo, its operator, employees, and partners) are NOT LIABLE for:
- Indirect damages: Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation
- Consequential damages: Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
- Incidental damages: Any unexpected losses or costs
- Data loss: Permanent or temporary loss of data
- Third-party actions: Actions of other users, hackers, or third-party service providers
- Tax penalties: Fines or penalties resulting from incorrect categorization or reporting
- Business interruption: Lost productivity or business disruption due to service unavailability
Maximum Liability Cap:
In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the LESSER of:
- Amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, OR
- €100 (one hundred Euros)
Exceptions:
This limitation does NOT apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded by law
7.3 Indonesian Consumer Protection Law
For Indonesian Users:
Indonesian consumer protection law (UU No. 8/1999) may limit the enforceability of certain disclaimers. Where Indonesian law provides you with mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights are preserved. The most favorable provision to you will apply.
7.4 Your Responsibility
You Acknowledge:
- You use AkunIndo at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for your data accuracy and compliance with laws
- You will verify all AI-generated data before relying on it
- You will maintain your own backups via data export
- You will consult qualified professionals (accountants, tax advisors) for advice
- You will not rely on AkunIndo as a substitute for professional services
8. Indemnification
You Agree to Indemnify Us:
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AkunIndo from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Your misuse of the service
- Content you upload to the service
- Tax penalties resulting from your inaccurate data entry
We Will:
- Notify you promptly of any claim
- Allow you to control the defense (at your expense)
- Cooperate with you in the defense
9. Changes to These Terms
9.1 Modification Rights
We may modify these Terms at any time:
- To reflect changes in our service features
- To comply with legal requirements
- To improve clarity or address new issues
- For business or operational reasons
9.2 Notification of Changes
How We Notify You:

Notice Period:
- Minor Changes: Effective immediately upon posting

9.3 Your Options
If You Disagree with Changes:
- Stop using the service before changes take effect
- Delete your account within notice period
- Export your data before leaving
Continued Use = Acceptance:
If you continue using AkunIndo after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
Applicable Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where the service operator is based, except where Indonesian consumer protection law provides you with mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
For Indonesian Users:
Where Indonesian law (particularly UU No. 8/1999 Perlindungan Konsumen) provides you with consumer rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights remain enforceable. The law providing you with greater protection will apply.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process
Step 1: Informal Resolution (Required)
Before filing any legal claim, you must contact us to attempt informal resolution:

- Provide: Description of dispute, desired resolution, your account email
- Timeline: We will respond within 14 business days
Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days.
Step 2: Mediation (Optional but Encouraged)
If informal resolution fails, we encourage mediation:
- Neutral third-party mediator
- Costs shared equally
- Non-binding (either party can proceed to litigation if mediation fails)
Step 3: Litigation (Last Resort)
Jurisdiction and Venue:
- For disputes initiated by us (AkunIndo): Courts of Indonesia (user's jurisdiction)
- For disputes initiated by you (users):
- Indonesian users: Courts of Jakarta, Indonesia
- Other users: Courts of Germany (operator's jurisdiction)
Small Claims:
Either party may bring claims in small claims court in their jurisdiction if claim qualifies.
Class Action Waiver:
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
10.3 Language
These Terms are provided in English and Bahasa Indonesia. In case of conflict between versions, the English version controls, except where Indonesian law requires Indonesian language to prevail.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AkunIndo, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable while reflecting the original intent.
11.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed.
11.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor entity (e.g., in case of acquisition or entity formation).
11.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Third-party service provider outages
- Cyberattacks or security incidents
11.6 Survival
Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect, including:

2. Langganan dan Pembayaran
2.1 Pembelian Langganan
- AkunIndo menawarkan paket langganan Gratis dan Premium
- Langganan dibeli melalui Apple App Store atau Google Play Store
- Semua pemrosesan pembayaran, penagihan, dan pengembalian dana ditangani oleh toko aplikasi
- Untuk masalah penagihan, permintaan pengembalian dana, atau pertanyaan pembayaran, hubungi Apple atau Google langsung
2.2 Manajemen Langganan
- Kami menggunakan RevenueCat untuk memverifikasi status langganan Anda dan menyediakan fitur Premium
- RevenueCat menerima ID pengguna dan status langganan Anda dari toko aplikasi
- Anda dapat membatalkan langganan melalui pengaturan akun toko aplikasi Anda
2.3 Ketika Langganan Berakhir
- Fitur Premium: Dinonaktifkan segera setelah langganan berakhir

3. Kekayaan Intelektual

- Nama, logo, dan merek dagang AkunIndo
- Perangkat lunak dan kode aplikasi AkunIndo
- Antarmuka pengguna, desain, dan fitur
- Semua konten yang kami buat (dokumen bantuan, materi pemasaran)
Lisensi Anda:

Dengan mengunggah konten ke AkunIndo, Anda memberikan kami lisensi terbatas untuk:
- Menyimpan konten Anda di server kami
- Memproses konten Anda (OCR, kategorisasi, pelaporan)
- Menampilkan konten Anda kembali kepada Anda di aplikasi
- Membuat cadangan untuk perlindungan data

4. Kebijakan Penggunaan yang Dapat Diterima
Anda setuju untuk TIDAK menggunakan AkunIndo untuk:

Aktivitas Ilegal:
- Pencucian uang atau pendanaan teroris
- Penghindaran pajak atau pelaporan palsu
- Mencatat transaksi ilegal
- Mendokumentasikan barang/jasa terlarang (narkoba, senjata, dll.)

- Mencoba meretas, melanggar keamanan, atau mengakses data pengguna lain
- Merekayasa balik, mendekompilasi, atau mengekstrak kode sumber
- Menggunakan alat otomatis untuk mengambil data atau spam layanan
- Mengunggah malware, virus, atau kode berbahaya
- Membuat akun palsu atau menyamar sebagai orang lain
5. Manajemen Akun
5.1 Pembuatan Akun
Kelayakan:
- Anda harus berusia 18 tahun atau lebih
- Anda harus memberikan informasi yang akurat (nama, email)
- Anda menyatakan bahwa Anda memiliki wewenang untuk menyetujui Syarat ini
- Akun bisnis: Pemilik menyatakan wewenang untuk mengikat bisnis
Keamanan Akun:
- Anda bertanggung jawab atas kredensial akun Anda (email dan akses kata sandi sekali pakai)
- Jangan bagikan email atau kode OTP Anda dengan orang lain
- Segera beritahu kami tentang akses tidak sah: security@akunindo.com
- Anda bertanggung jawab atas semua aktivitas di akun Anda
5.2 Penangguhan Akun
Kami Dapat Menangguhkan Akun Anda:
- Saat menyelidiki dugaan pelanggaran
- Jika akun Anda digunakan untuk aktivitas ilegal
- Jika Anda gagal membayar biaya langganan (tidak berlaku untuk paket Gratis)
- Jika akun Anda menimbulkan risiko keamanan
5.3 Penghentian Akun
Anda Dapat Menghentikan:
- Kapan saja dengan mengirim email ke support@akunindo.com
- Pembatalan langganan (jika Premium): Melalui pengaturan toko aplikasi
Efek Penghentian:
- Akses ke layanan segera dicabut
- Fitur Premium dinonaktifkan
- Data dihapus dalam 90 hari sesuai Kebijakan Privasi
6. Ketersediaan dan Kinerja Layanan
6.1 Komitmen Layanan
Yang Kami Upayakan:
- Uptime dan keandalan tinggi
- Pembaruan keamanan dan perbaikan reguler
- Perbaikan bug yang cepat
- Dukungan pelanggan yang responsif
Yang TIDAK Kami Jamin:
Kami menyediakan layanan "SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA" dan "SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIA" tanpa jaminan. Secara khusus:
- Tidak ada jaminan uptime - Layanan mungkin tidak tersedia karena pemeliharaan, gangguan, atau masalah teknis
- Tidak ada jaminan bebas kesalahan - Perangkat lunak mungkin mengandung bug
- Tidak ada jaminan akses tanpa gangguan - Pembaruan atau pemeliharaan mungkin memerlukan downtime

AkunIndo disediakan "SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA" dan "SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIA" tanpa jaminan apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada:
- Jaminan kelayakan jual
- Kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu
- Non-pelanggaran
- Akurasi atau kelengkapan
- Operasi tanpa gangguan atau bebas kesalahan
Disclaimer Khusus:
- Akurasi AI/OCR: Kami tidak menjamin akurasi kategorisasi berbasis AI atau ekstraksi teks OCR
- Kepatuhan Pajak: Kami tidak menjamin kategorisasi kami sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan
- Nasihat Keuangan: Kami tidak memberikan nasihat pajak, akuntansi, atau keuangan
- Kepatuhan Hukum: Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan penggunaan Anda sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku

Kami (AkunIndo, operatornya, karyawan, dan mitra) TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB atas:
- Kerusakan tidak langsung: Kehilangan keuntungan, pendapatan, peluang bisnis, goodwill, atau reputasi
- Kerusakan konsekuensial: Kerusakan apa pun yang diakibatkan oleh penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan untuk menggunakan layanan
- Kehilangan data: Kehilangan data permanen atau sementara
- Denda pajak: Denda atau penalti yang diakibatkan oleh kategorisasi atau pelaporan yang salah
7.3 Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Indonesia
Untuk Pengguna Indonesia:
Undang-undang perlindungan konsumen Indonesia (UU No. 8/1999) dapat membatasi keberlakuan disclaimer tertentu. Di mana hukum Indonesia memberikan Anda hak wajib yang tidak dapat diabaikan, hak-hak tersebut dipertahankan. Ketentuan yang paling menguntungkan bagi Anda akan berlaku.
8. Ganti Rugi
Anda Setuju untuk Mengganti Rugi Kami:
Anda akan membela, mengganti rugi, dan membebaskan AkunIndo dari segala klaim, kerusakan, atau biaya (termasuk biaya hukum) yang timbul dari:
- Pelanggaran Anda terhadap Syarat ini
- Pelanggaran Anda terhadap hukum yang berlaku
- Pelanggaran Anda terhadap hak pihak ketiga (kekayaan intelektual, privasi, dll.)
- Penyalahgunaan layanan oleh Anda
- Konten yang Anda unggah ke layanan
- Denda pajak yang diakibatkan oleh entri data yang tidak akurat
9. Perubahan Syarat Ini

Kami dapat memodifikasi Syarat ini kapan saja:
- Untuk mencerminkan perubahan dalam fitur layanan kami
- Untuk mematuhi persyaratan hukum
- Untuk meningkatkan kejelasan atau menangani masalah baru
- Untuk alasan bisnis atau operasional

10. Hukum yang Berlaku dan Penyelesaian Sengketa
10.1 Hukum yang Berlaku
Hukum yang Berlaku:
Syarat ini diatur oleh hukum Jerman, di mana operator layanan berbasis, kecuali di mana undang-undang perlindungan konsumen Indonesia memberikan Anda perlindungan wajib yang tidak dapat diabaikan.
Untuk Pengguna Indonesia:
Di mana hukum Indonesia (khususnya UU No. 8/1999 Perlindungan Konsumen) memberikan Anda hak konsumen yang tidak dapat diabaikan secara kontraktual, hak-hak tersebut tetap dapat ditegakkan. Hukum yang memberikan Anda perlindungan lebih besar akan berlaku.
10.2 Proses Penyelesaian Sengketa
Langkah 1: Penyelesaian Informal (Wajib)
Sebelum mengajukan klaim hukum apa pun, Anda harus menghubungi kami untuk mencoba penyelesaian informal:

Jika penyelesaian informal gagal, kami mendorong mediasi:
- Mediator pihak ketiga netral
- Biaya ditanggung bersama secara merata
- Non-mengikat (salah satu pihak dapat melanjutkan ke litigasi jika mediasi gagal)
Langkah 3: Litigasi (Pilihan Terakhir)
Yurisdiksi dan Tempat:
- Untuk sengketa yang diinisiasi oleh kami (AkunIndo): Pengadilan Indonesia (yurisdiksi pengguna)
- Untuk sengketa yang diinisiasi oleh Anda (pengguna):
- Pengguna Indonesia: Pengadilan Jakarta, Indonesia
- Pengguna lain: Pengadilan Jerman (yurisdiksi operator)
11. Lain-lain
11.1 Keseluruhan Perjanjian
Syarat ini, bersama dengan Kebijakan Privasi kami, merupakan keseluruhan perjanjian antara Anda dan AkunIndo, menggantikan perjanjian atau pemahaman sebelumnya.
11.2 Keterpisahan
Jika ada ketentuan dari Syarat ini yang dinyatakan tidak valid atau tidak dapat ditegakkan, ketentuan yang tersisa tetap berlaku penuh. Ketentuan yang tidak valid akan dimodifikasi agar dapat ditegakkan sambil mencerminkan maksud aslinya.
11.3 Tidak Ada Pengabaian
Kegagalan kami untuk menegakkan hak atau ketentuan apa pun tidak merupakan pengabaian hak tersebut. Setiap pengabaian harus dibuat secara tertulis dan ditandatangani.
11.4 Penugasan
Anda tidak boleh mengalihkan atau mentransfer Syarat ini tanpa persetujuan tertulis kami. Kami dapat mengalihkan Syarat ini kepada entitas penerus apa pun (misalnya, dalam kasus akuisisi atau pembentukan entitas).
11.5 Force Majeure
Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan atau kegagalan karena keadaan di luar kendali wajar kami, termasuk:
- Bencana alam (gempa bumi, banjir, pandemi)
- Perang, terorisme, kerusuhan sipil
- Tindakan atau peraturan pemerintah
- Kegagalan internet atau telekomunikasi
- Gangguan penyedia layanan pihak ketiga
- Serangan siber atau insiden keamanan
